Observation — Irreducible polynomials

Not every polynomial can be factorised further. For example, the sum of squares x2+4x^2+4, 4x2+94x^2+9, 3x2+13x^2+1 and the like are irreducible polynomials in R\mathbb{R}, even though they are not of the first degree.
